LisaGrunden Delight yourself first. That is the message from SARK (Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy) author, coach and wonderfully wild and outrageous inspiration who joined Lisa Grunden on “The Healing Chick” show. SARK said that by taking care of ourselves we are healing our lives. Also, she advises to find gifts in everything, even procrastination. “About half the things you’ve procrastinated about, you didn’t want to do anyway. It gives you time to step back, relax and delight yourself into doing things easily,” she said. Progressive movements are key.

With more than a dozen books in circulation SARK is working on five more now. “My books are very colorful,” she said. One of SARK’s new books includes the real story of Pollyanna. She is a girl who lost her parents, had to go live with a grumpy aunt and was able to play and encourage all those around her until she transformed an entire town. Pollyanna was able to live with the “good and the bad,” according to SARK, and that coincides with SARK’s message.

SARK teaches people that they are writers. “There is no such thing as a would-be writer. Even people who don't think of themselves as writers can do it. We all love to write,” she said. SARK’s program teaches people to commit to writing for 5 minutes a day. “You can write in tiny increments,” she said. “You don’t need to take workshops and writing courses.” Making progressive movement creates success.

She describes a useful writing tool that she calls a micro movement wheel. Draw a big circle (wheel) on an 8 x 11 sheet of paper. In the center of that wheel draw a small hub. In the center of the hub name the project. For example, Lisa is working on her first book, so in the center of the hub she wrote, “my first book.” Then she made spokes out from the hub to the edge of the wheel. In the spaces between the spokes she wrote small tasks and goals that need to be carried out to accomplish the book, or the movements that are going to support the goal.

SARK said that it is important to be enthusiastic and explicit to make progressive movement. “If you write, ’grow a garden,’ in the center of the wheel, then you will need to get fertilizer. Don’t write ’get fertilizer’ in the spoke space… write, ’have a fertilizer adventure,’” she said. She told Lisa to write, “happily search for quotes,” when Lisa said that was one of her micro movements for her book-writing project. Be positive and excited. Also, keep the micro movement wheel out and visible because the wheel is always working.

Assign things that are small. With all life’s distractions, such as kids, spouses, appointments and others, small goals allow for acting creatively on a daily basis. SARK said that she can do anything for five minutes. “I educate people about how to be supportive and being specific,” she said. “I’m the person who will help boost you over the fence by creating huge accomplishments through tiny, tiny movements.

Suzann Rye I believe that anything is possible, that anything you set your heart and mind to achieve, you can. And I believe that we are all born with infinite wisdom.
If we don’t get too distracted, if we don’t forget what we know and intuitively feel to be true, we will instinctively understand what to do with our lives, which way to go, and how to fulfill our dreams. Our heart will tell us.

The above is taken from “Little Voice”, a story that I wrote last year as part of the Bestselling inspirational book, Living in Clarity.

I’m Suzann Rye, author, inspirational speaker, spiritual coach, artist, and voice performance coach.
This is my story…

I grew up with my Danish grandma. She was a jazz singer, an actress, and a children’s book writer. She was also an extraordinary, vivacious lady.
As a young child I promised my grandma that I would always listen to my heart and follow my dreams for only this, she said, would truly fulfill me and make me the best that I could be. “Follow your heart, Love, and you can do anything you want to do in this world”.

And so I did what grandma told me because, to me, she was the wisest and most amazing person that I knew.
This took me to many remarkable places and led to an unusual order of events that doesn’t read like your average biography. From worldwide recording artist to Bestselling Author, speaker, teacher and coach - I have has come a long way from the tiny town in the tiny country where I grew up.
It has indeed been an inspiring journey, and although I was guided onto my particular path very early on, I feel like I’m just getting started! There are still lots of books to write and plenty of songs to sing.

When I think about my childhood and early youth, it is very clear to me why I chose the path that I did - or rather why it chose me. I had a very free upbringing. My family was very artistic and whereas in our home it was considered a virtue to express yourself and be creative in any way your heart desired, I did notice that for most of my friends, it was not quite the same. Needles to say, our house became the favorite hang-out for the entire county!
It frustrated me to hear some of my friends relaying arguments that they’d had with their parents about what they wanted to do with their lives and why. I guess that my being allowed total freedom to make my own choices made it even harder for me to understand why on earth these parents would want anything else for their kids than for them to fulfill their dreams and be happy.
To me, happy meant being free to be you.

So I became a strong advocate for personal freedom – the freedom to live, be and do what’s right for you, and the freedom to express yourself and believe that you have something worth while to share with the world.
I find it fascinating how we are often able to pinpoint certain themes or defining moments in life and absolutely know that these were the lights that lit up our path. We also tend to recognize the people who carried those lights.
I still remember the day, thirty-five years ago, when my second-grade music teacher came knocking on my grandma’s door. She wanted grandma to know that I had a special gift that she felt needed nurturing—my voice. Since then the voice has been a main focus in my life.

Now, when I talk about “voice”, this, to me, really has come to mean two things. There is your physical voice that is operated by your body and is clearly audible to everyone – and then there is your voice, as in who you are, what you stand for, and what your life purpose is.
The “second” voice or Little Voice as I prefer to call it, sometimes gets disorientated and then it starts sending out mixed messages. This is when we go off track. We get confused – and the people around us get confused too because whatever this voice is thinking, it will immediately transmit energetically.

What kind of energy is behind your words? Do you get in your own way? Do you speak with a balanced, clear and strong energy - or do you sometimes communicate mixed messages when you speak? Is the message behind the message telling a different story than the one you are attempting to communicate? Basically, how do you show up? This will determine if people “get you”, and if your message gets through to them – or not.

You are always thinking something – so you’re always transmitting something. This means that you are always communicating, even when you don’t mean to, and even when you are not aware of it. Is not just important what you say – it is also how you say it but even more importantly who is saying it. What is the energy is behind the words?

We all want people to realize how wonderful and amazing we are and how valuable our service is. Whether consciously or sub-consciously, we all want to be seen – and heard. We all have a need for recognition, we all want to be loved and appreciated for who we are. And rightfully so!
That’s why I’m passionate about helping people to be free and to find and nurture their own unique voice, showing them how to unravel its full potential and use it to be creative and express themselves. For I believe that only those who honor their purpose truly live fully.

Most people have a message, something that they feel passionate about that they would like to share. But many are afraid - they don’t have the confidence to speak their heart and mind. They freeze up at the thought of speaking to a crowd or even to a small group of people. Perhaps they don’t trust themselves and their message to be “important” enough.
As a result they never get the chance to truly shine and share their gifts and inspiration with the world.
This is a great shame. It is important to make those people aware that they too have a true, unique and powerful voice - a voice that speaks from the deepest core of their being and enables them to offer true value and contribution – if they let it.

If you are one of those people, please know that your voice is a gift – all you need to do is unwrap it. Share you wisdom, knowledge and inspiration with the people that are waiting for your words. By doing so you are offering a great and valuable service and you are contributing to the lives of others, inspiring them to do the same.

There, I’ve said my piece and it felt GREAT! Now it’s your turn.
Use YOUR voice to make a difference in the world. It’s easier than you think and it will make you feel wonderful knowing that you too can touch people’s hearts, impact their lives and make a profound difference – just by being YOU. What could possibly be more fulfilling than that?

Your voice is your “calling card”; it reflects who you are, what you are, and how you are at any time.
Make your voice your strongest ally. Use it to inspire people, to teach, to motivate or compel them into action. Speak from your heart to the hearts of others.

Be a Powerful Voice.
I will be listening.

Suzann Rye Have you ever made a mistake and wished that you hadn’t?
Of course you have! We all have.

Well, let me propose to you that you’ve had regrets like that for the last time!

I believe that part of our life purpose is to learn certain things. These things may very well disguise themselves in the shape of obstacles and so-called failures. One of life’s big challenges is learning to decode them, to turn poison into medicine, and to learn to perceive obstacles, problems, and so-called failures as exciting challenges and opportunities for growth and evolvement instead.
If we were simply able to say “I made an experience” instead of “I made a mistake” every time we experienced “failure” in our lives, perhaps we would then automatically look at ourselves and those mistakes and failures in a completely different light?
Failure is a matter of perception.

Mistakes are good for us. They point out things that we need to look at. They are there to remind us not to fall asleep behind the wheel. They lead us further along the road to becoming even better at what we do so that we can go on to teach others, which is a great gift.
Mistakes are there to inspire us and encourage us to keep moving and keep feeding our Soul and our mind—to keep living!

Luckily, we all make mistakes every now and again, no matter how smart, how well trained, and how experienced we are. When we do, we feel terrible and stupid and we think that we are all alone in making mistakes, and so we have a tendency to put ourselves down.
Don’t knock yourself on the head. Recognize the experience for what it is—a loud wake-up call! Consider what happened and why. Constructively evaluate yourself. Take responsibility; learn and move on.
Remind yourself that learning and evolving is exciting. The day we don’t do that anymore is going to be a sad and, most of all, very boring day. So be grateful that in this case you had a chance to learn something.
Was it uncomfortable at the time? Sure it was. So cringe, if you must - then have a laugh, dust yourself off and move on. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Life is about choices. No matter what kind of choices we make, there will be rough patches. Those are valuable lessons. They tell us about ourselves, our needs and passions, and our ever-evolving place in the world. Relish those choices and those lessons. Be grateful every day for the wisdom they represent. It’s yours for the keeping and for the sharing with other people.

Allow yourself to dream and think big, dare something worthy, make loads of mistakes along the way—and fill up your knowledge box to the brink!
Look at it this way: each time you make a mistake, it is like making a deposit into your bank account. Your knowledge expands and grows until one day you have so much in your account that you can afford to share freely with others. The more you give out, the more you will get back. So your wealth is automatically growing and expanding even more. And it all started with a few mistakes. Cool, right?

Think of times in your life where a mistake or a major challenge turned out to be a blessing in disguise. What did you learn from these situations? How did they turn out to your advantage? How did you benefit in the end?

Next time you feel that you’ve made a mistake, simply smile and be happy that you just made a huge deposit into you experience account. Think about how rich you are and how much more you can now afford to share with others.
Indeed, mistakes are good for us – they make us who we are and often account for our most valuable treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

coachstevetoth “The American bedroom has become a national disaster area,” according to Victor Gold, sexual healing instructor who teaches erotic spirituality. On the “Mind, Body and Soul Show,” Victor shared his knowledge on couples making love so they can learn to savor and extend orgasms to experience an altered state of consciousness that leads to higher spirituality.

“Very few have formal instruction on making love, but get their education from extremely dubious sources,” he said. Those sources include parents, religious leaders, pornography, the street, movies and unknowing friends and family. Also, many sexual programs are based on misguided beliefs and erroneous assumptions that have lead to the current state of affairs. In the most comprehensive sex survey since 1948 (the Kinsey Report), statistics suggest that 40% of today’s women and 30% of men have sexual issues such as no interest, inability to reach orgasm, premature ejaculation as well as other difficulties.

Even though most businesses know that sex sells, they are not talking about the real thing. Victor describes Tantric sex and teaches skills to “savor and extend the journey of arousal and change conceptual reality.” Describing a sexual experience that became a spiritual one, Victor said, “in 1974, during sex, my physical body dissolved and became a vibrating, dancing vessel. I couldn’t tell where my body ended and my partner’s body began. This experience was of divinity and sent Victor on his search to discover what had happened. There are erroneous beliefs that need to be altered to achieve better sexual practices.

Victor’s Potency Principals of sexual energetic guidelines bridge the gap between sex and spirit. There are 10 points to board the “vehicle to divine sexual expression.” He shared four. The first is that male ejaculation is not the highest option when making love. When ejaculation occurs it results in a loss of vital energy, leaving the ejaculator depleted. Second, Victor said there is a bigger and better orgasm waiting on the other side for those who can attain seminal retention. Male ejaculation is not the most ecstatic moment. Ejaculation and orgasm need not be the same. They are two distinct physical processes. “Once we learn how to substitute orgasms for ejaculation we can retain our energy,” he said.

Finally, the most disputed point, is that women are sexually stronger than men. For one thing, they don’t need to maintain an erection. Also, women don’t lose their energy when making love. In Victor’s lessons he teaches breathing techniques and other exercises that enhance making love. Changing intention is key. Combining all he teaches, males learn how to channel energy to their highest chakra centers which go up and not out. “It opens people’s hearts… gets their “heart on” and creates joyful orgasms that open to spirituality.

For further instruction, Victor has written a book, "The Potency Principles: Transforming Sexual Energy into Spiritual Power."

kimberli When marketing products and services on the internet, website design plays a key role, according to Mike Tanner of Namaste Consulting Group on “The Kimberli Gage Show.” Generating traffic to a website helps generate business for a company. Mike said that Namaste Consulting group helps companies get on and stay at the top of the major search engines.

Useful website design includes building an effective blog. “Get people to the blog and then get them clicking on other website options,” Mike said. “People like blogs and clicking on little things and if you give them mini directories on your site they will stay longer and it will generate more traffic.”

Namaste Consulting gets people to find you and your website. “They will come in on their own accord,” he said. Mike said the use of keywords and phrases begins the process of that effective website design. He said that in Phoenix, AZ he speaks at Chamber of Commerce mixers to help realtors by teaching them to start by using their geographic, Maricopa County, for a keyword to help them get to the top of the search engines.

Mike said that he received his MBA in business management, but what he loved was marketing. He said that when he started his higher education there were no marketing classes, but management helped him. He got into the internet end of business by building websites. After 10 years he learned about marketing and social networking. Then in 2007 he formed his partnership, which is now his consulting group. “At Namaste we get you traffic,” he said, “to get you to the top of the search engines.”

Being on the top of the major search engines is effective business exposure. For example, there are 56 million people on Google. To be on the top ten of that search engine will create lots of traffic, which translates into lots of business.

When geo-targeting key phrases for blogs, Mike said that use words like the county name and then build between 3- to 50 target key phrases into the blog actively, and point the readers to the exact nature of the business. Include the phone number of the company, too, he said, because that is a good linking tool in many ways. “Make it right and then everything points to the website,” Mike said. Website design is a valuable tool.

Money Matters Network David Harper’s goal is to help people change the financial course of action that they’ve created that isn’t working for them. “I can teach and coach you about prosperity verses scarcity,” he said. Many people have a scarcity mindset and live in poverty because of it. “It is one of the biggest problems in America,” David said. The five Ps to the prosperity process are mentioned in David’s book, “Stop Chopping Down Your Money Trees.”

Financial advisers have been working to make money for themselves according to David. The proof is revealed by the statistics. Five of 100 people at age 65 are solvent at this time. If what was being advised was working, the opposite would be true. “I’m an economist,” David said. “Economics is a safety thing. You don’t’ need to take risks or gamble your money.” David cited mutual funds as being of the “worst investments” because they were created for the benefit of the financial advisors, not the people they are advising.

Michael Moore released a special viewing of his new film to select theaters in places such as New York and Los Angeles. He said that at the events, ushers passed the hat to collect donations. “Don’t pitch in!” David warned. “Michael Moore wants us to be way closer to socialism than I ever want to be.”

The fat cats are still at work. Wells Fargo Bank has shut down all loan modification accounts, regardless of the account standing, assets or credit rating. David said that if President Obama wanted to see a bunch of money move he would induce a drop in the jumbo rates. It's not the stock market or mutual funds that are helping people now. People need to write their congressmen and women. Tell them to free up all sorts of money and get it moving. It would strengthen the world and the US economies. “The US economy is what ruined the world economy,” he said.

Even though there have been some upturns in the stock market and other aspects of the economy, such as mutual funds, problems are still lurking. “Everyone needs to be aware that it’s not over,” David said. “We’re in a bubble. That will change shortly. The bubble is going to collapse.” Look to David Harper and his show, “Money Matters Network.” Keep your money safe.

LisaGrunden When you are true to yourself, when you can bring what the Universe has asked you to bring you will find your passion, gifts and talents and be able to live in a state of self-esteem said coach Pamela Chapman from I Ascend Programs on “The Healing Chick Show.” Pamela teaches her clients how to create and live in their self-esteem and how to keep it when times get difficult such as they are now with the economic and world problems.

Things don’t always go as expected, but that doesn’t mean that things aren’t working out said Lisa Grunden, the host of the show. Pamela said, “self-esteem a matter of perspective. I remember being in a space of unemployment and unhappy in the 1980s when the economy was on a downturn.” But when she searched for a job, she believed that she was the best person for the job, and she found herself sitting behind a new desk with a great new job. “I sold me. I got the job. It’s what you believe about yourself. If you’ve lost a job now I say, ’good for you,” she said. “It’s the Universe giving you a new opportunity.”

Some people with credentials have a hard time believing they are the best person for the job, too, Lisa suggested and then asked Pamela what she would say to those people. Pamela said, “self-esteem starts with the groundwork.” She said that all people should begin their day, even before they drink their coffee or shower or turn on the news, they should start with affirmations, declarations, meditations, anything that will get their subconscious off to a positive start. “We have to do the work every day to change that subconscious program,” she said.

Today it doesn’t matter how many letters are behind a person’s name, those people are out of work, too. “It doesn’t matter what validation you get. If you don’t believe it, you won’t get that job,” she said. If a person’s belief in their self-esteem resonates from within, then they will go into action, which is the next step. “Be aware. Be honest. Face yourself and understand what you are doing, then learn techniques to create what you want.”

Using Pamela’s “I Am Theory,” she said to declare statements aloud, and in times of trouble, declare them in the mirror. The “I Am Theory” includes saying statements that resonate with the heart and increase self-esteem. She said to make statements such as, "I am wisdom. I am perfect. I am virtue. I let nothing stop me. I am wonderful. I am a woman of power. I am cheerful." This simple method is powerful. “It might be uncomfortable at first, but be consistent,” she said. “Be who you really are… no matter what.”

kimberli The second in the series with cohost Kevin H. Davis on the “Kimberli Gage Show” began with Kimberli announcing her chosen niche market product as Kevin and Kimberli work together to build social networking to boost Kimberli’s web presence. Anti-aging wrinkle cream is the product that Kimberli will use, all-green, toxin-free products. When Kevin plugged “anti-aging wrinkle cream” into the keyword research vehicle, SEObook, he said, “It’s the nichiest niche there is. By combining anti-aging and wrinkle cream, we should get a lot of traffic from both of those keywords."

Kevin directed Kimberli to paste the phrase, “bestantiwrinklereviews” into quantcast. Quantcast is a website that is based on viewing the statistics of other websites. Quantcast Corporation's prime focus is to analyze the internet’s websites in order to obtain accurate statistics. In this case quantcast revealed the demographics including age, offspring and nationality as well as income ranges, education and actual traffic statistics.

Next, Kevin suggested using Spyfu. Spyfu is targeted to paper clip traffic. “Some keywords are free, but Spyfu pays for their traffic, although they have reduced their budget drastically since January, 2008. If the user pays for their search the results are from a much broader social networking niche.

Another useful tool is the website called Squido. “I use Squido more for local business things,” Kevin said. He got a Utah podiatrist ranked number three of 3,000,000 by writing an effective press release and using other social marketing tools, one of which was Squido. Kevin said that effective ranking takes place by getting in the first 10 listings because “most people won’t go beyond page one on a search engine.”

Have a product. Write a blog and then a press release when using social marketing. There are many sites to post the press releases. Many of them are free such as Free Press Release, Prlog and Prleap. PRNews costs about $300 but has some great benefits which enhance social marketing. Upload images, include video, even embed the creator’s website into the bottom of the press release which creates a direct path that is easy to access. Kevin said, “post your press release on your own blog first. Wait a week or two to see if search engines have indexed your blog. That way the writer is known as the originator of that content. Each week submit a press release to generate traffic.”

Kevin said that he post fun videos as well as business-oriented videos on his sites to generate interest. "My top two youtube videos are of me at an amusement park. I use them to get people to my blog, to my site and to subscribe. Then I follow up with offers," he said. There are many facets when using social networking, but it can be fun and productive.
