A short description about your blog
MrB

Does anyone really know the meaning of life? Only we, as thinking individuals, can answer that question for ourselves. Unfortunately, the answer, for some people is not terribly helpful because it does not really tell them anything that they are able to put to use. The word "meaning" itself is very vague to begin with, which leaves people in a position where they may not have established definitive goals and objectives.

Thinking and Communicating are at the essence of being Human; every relationship in our life depends on these essential, critical life skills.

MrB Listening is an art form and a science - Human beings by their very nature are not good listeners. We have a lack of focus and an inability to put ourselves in someone else's shoes at that right moment in order to capture what others say to us.

There have been countless studies done on how well people listen - what they retain and are able to use from all that is said to them. Do you know at what percentage (%) the normal person listens - what I mean here is - how much do people really get from what is said to them on a daily basis - go ahead and make your guess!

MrB Carl Bruggemeier and Adam Christopher, unveiled their new Interactive on line Coaching System at www.myrxforliving.com , today, to the coaching community:

Where the principles of the book, “The Secret,” which describes the Law of Attraction, stops, my Rx for Living springs to life by focusing on action. With their strategic partner, Coach Steve Toth of Real Coaching Radio, the venture is the completion of a vision and the launch of a powerful set of tools for everyone who wants to know what actions are needed to achieve their maximum potential in Life.

“Adam Christopher the creator of the my Rx Life Line System is a technology genius” said Carl Bruggemeier. Bruggemeier refers to himself as a serial entrepreneur after having created many Hospitality Industry and Technology Businesses. Carl has coached tens of thousands of young people with their career development, as well as participated in many other ventures. Adam and Carl have been working together for 12 years. They said they couldn’t be happier about their strategic alliance with Coach Steve and RCRN, and the pair will be hosting a show of their own on Real Coaching Radio Network, beginning soon.

The partners in this strategic alliance all have complementary thought processes. Coach Steve said, “we’re hand in glove… we just fit.” Coach Steve was referring to the fact that all three entrepreneurs have a passion for teaching and creating balance in life’s important areas -- health, career, finances, spirituality, environment, relationships and personal growth.

This cutting edge coaching site, www.myrxforliving.com offers a new technology platform and uniquely powerful tools that are used to bring information and assistance to the World and it is for everyone. An operating manual is built into the site, for ease of use.

First, with the assistance of their coach, a general member will be provided an honest assessment as to where he or she is at the present moment using a coaching tool -- SWOT. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

Second, the member will plan his or her life strategies. What is desired in their health, relationships, communications, careers, finances, spirituality, or whatever they feel they need or want to create? They will take a deep and honest look at each area of their life and make a plan for short term and long term results.

Finally the member will add accurate, realistic goals into their personal program, all the while being coached and guided by the coaches. The general member has the ability to set up peer-to-peer connections. Using coaches and professional experts, people will learn and then take that information and apply it in their lives. The client will be moved into action automatically.

There is a community of people who are open and want to be coached, which includes coaches, too. Using golfer, Tiger Woods as an example, even though he has achieved greatness and is recognized and respected in the world of athletics, he has several coaches at all times. We all need coaches, even coaches.

The site, www.myrxforliving.com connects coaches to their clients. With the client’s permission, his or her coach can read their SWOT analysis, their assessments, and their goals and upload valuable content suited to specific issues that are being managed. Coaches will create videos, blogs and other specific information in their areas of expertise, and it’s all on one easy-to-use web site with new coaching content being sent out to members, daily.

Here’s what our latest Coaches and Professional Experts are saying about the site and its technology platform:

Carl & Adam-

"I am very excited about the new opportunities you have created for me, for all the hosts and coaches at Real Coaching Radio and everyone else who is interested in living up to their maximum potential. I have dreamed of having what your creation -- the MyRxforLiving web site -- offers for more than nine years, and now, here it is, except for one thing, it is way bigger than I had dreamed.

"The site offers so much, and I am somewhat technologically inept. At first I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to use it effectively, but you have tutorials within the site as well as having created live tutorial sessions to ensure my success. Also, I have checked, and it is simple to use.

"Being a radio show host and health coach focusing on food and eating issues, I am passionate to help others like me who struggle with the same, and not just those who can afford a personal coach on an hourly basis, but anyone who wants and needs what I have to share. This site makes that much more effective, and more valuable. A pizza costs a lot more than a month on the site for the general user. The cost for a coach to join is about $2500 less than another coaching site that doesn't have near the opportunities that MyRxforLiving has.

"I joined a few days ago. I started telling my coaching friends, the professional experts who have been guests on my radio show. They're already joining. They've been looking for and dreaming about it too. I wasn't surprised. What would surprise me if people don't jump on board at the ground level of this amazing gift. It is a gift for everyone.

"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

help.

"You so kindly reminded me that we all need supported.

"I still feel so affirmed by the kindness and wisdom of your supportive coaching. I went on to have a very insightful and productive week.

"I look forward to finish loading my new computer so that I can finish my profile on your beautiful and useful site, www.myrxforliving.com

("SSH...... sneak over there and take a peak... the technology is dazzling)

"Thanks for being you,"

MrB The most limiting Factor that can stop someone's ability to achieve wealth is fear. Fear has the possibility to play a role in many ways.

The most obvious problem is fear of failure. Many people are so afraid of failing at anything that they give up before they begin and never gain financially. The idea of failing is actually more powerful than the resulting outcomes of failure.

For expenses incurred more or less often than monthly, convert the payment to a monthly amount when calculating the monthly budget. For instance, convert auto expense that's billed every six months to a monthly amount by dividing the six-month premium by six. This money should be kept separate from your other money so it's available when the bill becomes due.

MrB Millions of Americans out there have paid off significant credit card debt. Now it's our turn.
Here is six-step action plan for getting our debt under control.
  1. Stop using your cards.
The last thing we want to do with credit card debt is add to it. Take all  credit cards out of your wallet or purse and leave them at home - safely out-of-reach behind a major appliance, or trapped in an ice block in your freezer. You may want to keep one for emergencies.
  2. Assess your debt-to-income ratio.
It's time to face those debt demons and get a bird's-eye view of where you stand. Some debts, like mortgages and student loans, are just part of life. But the other ones (credit cards, car loans -- a.k.a. "bad debt") can bring down your financial house of cards with an innocent sneeze.
  3. Dig into the details.
Don't just throw yourself at a mountain of debt without preparation. Knowing the dirty details about your enemy is half the battle in conquering credit card bills. How many cards do you have? What interest rates do they charge? Which have the highest balances? Are the payments flexible? Is the debt "secured" or "unsecured"?
  4. Reduce your interest rates.
One phone call can save you thousands of dollars. Sounds like marketing hype, but it's true. Getting your lender to lower your interest rate will fast-track your debt freedom plan and put you on the right road.
  5. Plan your attack.
It's time to form your battle plan. Pick a date. That's when you'll celebrate "Freedom from Debt Day."
  6. Schedule a few (inexpensive) rewards.
Debt boot camp can get dull. Without a few treats along the way, you risk slipping back into old spending habits.
The Dave Ramsey Plan (the following is from DaveRamsey.com):

Debt Snowball – The Truth about how to get out of Debt!

Myth: I should pay off the debt with the highest interest rate first to get out of debt quickly.
Truth: You should pay off the smallest debt first to create the greatest momentum in your debt snowball.

The math seems to lean more toward paying the highest interest debts first, but what I have learned is that personal finance is 20% head knowledge and 80% behavior. You need some quick wins in order to stay pumped enough to get out of debt completely. When you start knocking off the easier debts, you will start to see results and you will start to win in debt reduction.

Debt Snowball Plan
The principle is to stop everything except minimum payments and focus on one thing at a time. Otherwise, nothing gets accomplished because all your effort is diluted.

First accumulate $1,000 cash as an emergency fund. Then begin intensely getting rid of all debt (except the house) using my debt snowball plan. List your debts in order with the smallest payoff or balance first. Do not be concerned with interest rates or terms unless two debts have similar payoffs, then list the higher interest rate debt first. Paying the little debts off first gives you quick feedback, and you are more likely to stay with the plan.

Build Momentum
Redo this each time you pay off a debt, so you can see how close you are getting to freedom. Keep the old papers to wallpaper the bathroom in your new debt-free house. The “New Payment” is found by adding all the payments on the debts listed above that item to the payment you are working on, so you have compounding payments which will get you out of debt very quickly.

“Payments remaining” is the number of payments remaining when you get down the snowball to that item. “Cumulative Payments” is the total payments needed, including the snowball, to pay off that item. In other words, this is your running total for “Payments Remaining.”

Debt Free!
You attack the smallest debt first, still maintaining minimum payments on everything else. Do what is necessary to focus your attention. Keep stepping up to the next larger bill. After the credit debt is taken care of, you are ready for the next baby step in your Total Money Makeover.
I have been broke. I know how scared I felt, and I know how fast I wanted to get out of debt. I know how you feel, and I have learned that what really works is unbelievably fierce, focused intensity.

MrB What do we know about how the World of Money and Finance works? Do we have a Financial Plan for our life or are we wandering aimlessly through a struggle of confusion and debt? Did we know that most Families and Individuals spend more time planning their annual vacation than they do working on their Personal Financial Plan that will affect them for the rest of their life?

In today's economic environment having our Financial House in order is of paramount importance; do we have or know the following about ourselves?

•    Do we have a Personal Balance Sheet/Financial Statement?
•    Do we know our FICO Score? Do we know what FICO stands for?
•    Do we know our Debt to Income and Debt to Equity Ratios?
•    How up to date are we on the tactics of Credit Card Companies?
•    What is our largest annual expense? (No One ever gets the answer correctly, here)
•    When was the last time we studied our Credit Report - one Agency or all three?

There are many other questions that we will need to ask ourselves about our current circumstances, however, knowing the answers to all of the questions above is a great start to improving our Financial/Money I.Q.

Let us make our Goal to be Debt-Free and have real Financial Independence! We all need to get to work on improving our understanding of these most important issues.
